This is a very large sized Gundam model created using leftover plastic parts from smaller Gundam models. This 10-foot RX-78-2 model took roughly 250 hours to complete. Nicely done.

SASQUATCHfabrix introduced their Lookbook for the Fall 2010 season. The styles are off-the-wall and very unconventional, but kind of cool at the same time. The lookbook uses a variety of fabrics and various patterns to create a unique visual experience.

Converse Jack Purcell Racearound Ox

Here’s a new spin on the Converse Jack Purcell design, dubbed the Racearound Ox. The sneakers feature a premium leather upper in a dark navy colorway. There is a tan inner sole lining with a red midsole outline around the kicks, adding a bit of flavor to the mix. The Racearound Ox can be found at select Converse accounts, including Saint Alfred.

Playstation Move Demo

This is the latest tech demo from Playstation’s new Move motion controller. Of course I am mildly interested in seeing how successful both Playstation and Xbox 360 fair in the “motion” gaming craze. Thoughts?
Monday Night Combat Tank Tutorial

My Monday Night Combat Tank playing style is a little different from what most may have seen in ranked rooms. My personal opinion is that the tank is the second best class in the game under the Sniper. The key to being successful with the Tank relies heavily on how well players are able to utilize their rail gun while maintaining a certain distance from certain classes — mainly Gunner and Assault.
On most maps, I focus on mid-map control, primarily using the rail gun for support/harass fire. I do not believe the class is a slayer class because it is difficult to finish kills with the rail gun. The class is more of a defensive and bot control class.

Future Rockband by Freddie Wong

Okay, imagine how cool it would be to actually learn how to play real instruments using this type of interface. Put a 3-D enabled screen on an instrument like a piano or keyboard and have the notes interfaced to you in a Rockband/Guitar Hero manner.
Freddie Wong continue to impress and this video is a great example of his always improving video editing skills. Check out his YouTube channel, it’s definitely subscription worthy.
Nike Air Force 1 Black Foamposite

Take a minute to soak these in…yeah….yeah…ok they are fresh. Designed using Nike’s “foamposite” material, the Black Foamposite sneakers are making their way around the web at a swift pace. The sole of the shoe has a blue hue, but retains a “clear” look with a mesh tongue and black strap above the “Nike Air” logo. I’ll be keeping an eye on these kicks and update with more news when it arrives.
